”I would like to have two chairs at the desk, but other than that, everything was great”

”No coffee make as the room details state. Room was dirty, I had to get Clorox wipes to go over bathroom floor before I would use it. ”

”The food was sub-par. The staff was minimal. The sink fell thru and they never fixed it, then tried to make it my fault with 4 inches of liquid nails from before.... The morning lady is super rude and nosey. Sketch to say the least. No-tell motel, pay by the hour kinda place. ”

”This is an older hotel that is being renovated. All the inside areas that are open are new and clean. The outside looks like there is work being done inside, but not outside yet. The location is tricky to get to and in a sort of industrial area. Well lighted parking. Next to the interstate but we heard no traffic noise inside our room. We did hear the trains that are nearby. We would stay here again. Breakfast was tasty.”

”The staff was fantastic. It was very clean. They are under heavy renovation that should be done about April. They are doing a fantastic job of keeping it clean and quiet while working, but several things are closed like breakfast, pool, office and fitness room, etc. Honestly, I was surprised at how clean and quiet it was with so much work they're doing. Well done.”

”Bed was comfy. Bathroom was roomy and set up well. Lots of room in main area. ”

”The cleaning fragrances that they use in the room kept me up all night could not sleep whatever they're using in there is very strong and harsh hard to breathe even with the window open”

”I’ve always stayed at this hotel when I visit Missouri. This time even though my reservation said 1 day the double charged my card for 2 days. ”

”On a whole the place was clean however our comforters on both beds had stains and the tub had marks in it. Breakfast was delicious. Biggest downfall for me was the Asian mystic decor above doorways and on surfaces. Will probably not return. ”

”Everything worked quite well thank you so much. I was told that there should be a room for me tonight which would have been the second night the 24th I believe Tuesday to come to find out they were sold out if I knew this I would’ve made reservations last night that would be my main disappointment. I live in Texas so now I have to find a different place to stay because I decided to stay in Kansas City one more night. ”

”While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. That said, the hotel itself...

”Employees are always so very nice and want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. They go way out of their way to make sure all is good with your stay. Room is very nice and quiet. Have stayed several times. We enjoy our stay each time.”

”This place is so clean. From the lobby to the rooms. Excellent friendly staff. Alex on 2nd shift extremely helpful. Laundry worked good. Treadmill broken. Showerhead was weak. Overall great place to stay. Fair price. Good area”

”Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly...
