The flat is on the second floor of a traditional building without lift and consists of a living room with dining area and sofa (which converts into a bed that can accommodate two more people), kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and microwave), bathroom with bathtub and double bedroom.

The flat does not have air conditioning, but it is equipped with fans to make your stay more pleasant during the hottest days.
The first supply of bed linen and towels is included free of charge for all guests,
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in this apartment. We are very sorry!

We offer our guests:
• Wi-Fi internet connection (free Wi-Fi)
• Baby cot available on request for a minimum fee
• free parking about 500 meters from the flat

Please note that cars are not allowed in the historic centre of Orta because it is a restricted traffic area.
Cars must be left in the Diania covered car park (free for you via the authorised lane), you will receive instructions once you have informed us of your arrival time.
There is no porter service.
