Villa Mina is een mooi huis maar heeft wel wat aandacht nodig. Kleine zaken als kapotte ligbedden, bestek wat zeker niet voldoende is voor meer als 6 personen en een verouderde keuken inventaris. Ook zijn er in de kamers en badkamers hier en daar zaken die los hangen of aandacht nodig hebben. Misschien omdat het einde van het seizoen is?? Maar al met al een prima woning voor een groep van 7 personen. Bedden zijn ok, kamers ruim genoeg. Als cijfer zou ik het een 7 geven. Zwembad was prima, netjes schoon en groot genoeg. De serre is een beetje rommelig, een goede loungeset of eethoek met meer dan 6 stoelen is handig voor een grotere groep. Ik zou hem gezien de prijs zeker nog en keer huren. De locatie is prima, vlak bij het centrum. Beetje drukke weg ernaast maar niet heel vervelend. Communicatie en boeken is prima verlopen

Here’s your review polished up so it reads smoothly but still feels like your voice:---Villa Mina, Dalyan – Perfect for FamiliesWe had a wonderful stay at Villa Mina. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Dalyan with a stunning mountain view. All the bedrooms are a great size, each with its own ensuite, which was a big plus for us. The terrace is excellent, now enclosed with the option to open it up, and the warm pool was a real treat.The décor is a little tired, but for us (travelling with four children) that was actually a relief – we didn’t have to worry about keeping everything in pristine condition.If I’m being picky, the garden could use a little trim around the pool, and one tree overhung a balcony so much it couldn’t really be used. One air conditioning unit only worked as a fan (the rest were excellent), and the safe couldn’t be used as the key wouldn’t come out. Being so central, you do get the occasional coach passing on its way to Dalyan, but it didn’t bother us too much.None of these minor issues have put us off – we’ve already booked to return next year! A brilliant choice for families looking for space, comfort, and a great location.

Great location and great villa

We spent a wonderful week in Villa Mina in Dalyan. The facilities and rooms are all excellent. A brief walk into town or down the riverside takes only 5 to 10 minutes.Highly recommended

Lovely villa, fantastic location but needs maintenance. All bathroom fittings in all bathrooms needs attention. Pool lovely but steps are seriously dangerous plus outside not cleaned properly from previous tenant's dirty tissue and toothpick on glass table which had not been cleaned for a long time plus half empty water bottles and cigarette buts, when we complained it was not taken seriously we believe they did send someone to sort but half empty water bottles were thrown in the hedge bottom and tissue and tooth pick remained untouched. Such a shame as location is second to none

For the attention of the Owner and Property manager (1) I informed you of our flight times when I booked our flights. (2) I informed you when Airline changed those flight times. (3) I filled in your online check in with the new flight times. (4) I informed you of the flight times 48 hours before we departed. (5) I even informed you ( from the plane ) that we had been delayed another hour. At no time did anyone return an email telling me of Self Check In or a key safe, or a code with which to access the key and gain entry to the Villa. The only information I ever received, told me the : Owner would meet me on arrival. We arrived at 1:00am with no way of entering the villa. I phoned the property manager on 6 occasions, between 1:07am and 1:24am but he did not answer. I eventually decided to call the Emergency Customer Care Team in the U.K. Thankfully he understood the urgency and 15 minutes later returned my call with the code for the key safe. I’ve done everything within my power to keep you updated at every stage. I did email again on 25/6/2024 asking if we were going to see someone as I’m not 100% happy. Disgraceful management and I've just been fobbed off with standard emails. when I really wanted to talk to someone. The website and photos do not represent the villa as it stands today. Far too many problem areas to document in this review. The whole place is in need of maintenance, up grading and money spent on it, For the price I expected and deserved much better,

Fantastic location

Mina was there to greet us upon arrival, she gave her number to me so I could contact her with any issues. The patio area had ants, so I asked for them to be dealt with and the next day they were gone! We had another issue which was quickly resolved so excellent customer service. The house is spacious and beautiful but tired (standard for rentals). The location is very central less than 5 minutes to town centre and has a shop and two restaurants less than a minute walk, AND it felt very safe. The only reason I have dropped one star is because there is no outside eating which is a shame as that area now enclosed with glass doors that open but it’s not the same, the patio had weeds and was cracked and raised in places. The showers are typical Dalyan and the beds were very comfortable. I do recommend this villa as we were 6 friends that all had an amazing stay, the pool was perfect, internet good and Mina was brilliant!! Upon arrival Mina gave us a card which is on the fridge to get a filter water refill, when I rang it arrived in under 10 mins and was very inexpensive and gave us instant cold filtered water so I recommend. The next-door neighbours were from Istanbul and friendly, they invited us in for Turkish tea, but our stay was too short. You will get a visit from a family member asking if you want a boat trip, my advice is to look at the boat first as there are quite a few and the cost for private hire should not be more than £250 for several hours including food.
