”The smell of cigarettes in the room; bathroom sewage was plugged that a guest had to stay in the water while taking a shower; breakfast is poor - waffles, jam, oats, milk, tea, coffee … and Fox News on top of it. Sorry, guys, here’s nothing personal, just business. Please, improve your service, at least to the standards you had back in prior years.”

”The Little Loon was a comfortable home to relax in. It was clean, quiet, and helped to make our trip to Alexandria a perfect getaway trip.”

”Our stay was only a one night stay but fantastic. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, they had black out blinds and provided lovely shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The complimentary breakfast was essentially a buffet and was delicious. If we are ever in need of lodging in the area again we will be staying here.”

”This place is amazing! It was a great space to spend a holiday weekend with friends. Our kids loved the hot tub, fire pit and games. We also rented the boat which was a great value and perfect way to spend the day.”

”We have stayed at this property for 4 years now and at the end of our week the kids start counting down the days til the next years get together. We love everything about this property. Thank you again for an amazing week.”
