The apartment is conveniently located near the beach, with San Remo, Bordighera, the French Riviera, and Monte Carlo within easy reach, as well as inland towns such as Dolceacqua, Apricale, and Triora. Public transportation links are within walking distance or by elevator from the property. The property has one parking space and free street parking. Please note that the condominium parking lot operates on a rotating basis. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
