Villa Cosmea is a charming and bright three-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps 16 people. From Villa Cosmea you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Cosmea is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, panoramic private terraces, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Ospedaletti, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the closest beach (Ospedaletti beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Cosmea from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Cosmea you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars. Please note that access to Villa Cosmea is along a 250-meter (820-foot) unpaved uphill road.

As guests of Villa Cosmea you will be able to book (upon request and for a fee) excursions and transfers from/to the airport, as well as rent boats. You will also be able to ask for chef service, breakfast, personal trainer, beauty treatmens (upon request and for a fee).
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the patio going up approximately four stairway steps. The pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 17 meters (56 feet) long, up to 3 meters (9.8 feet) deep. The above-ground swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with two masonry benches. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea. The pool is open all year round.
Entrance LevelTerrace 1
The first terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the swimming pool.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with wood benches, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an incredible view of the sea.
Verandah
You will be able to reach the verandah from the living room. In the verandah you will find a television (local channels), as well as a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the verandah you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with granite. The furnishings are elegant. The furnishings include three sofas, two chaise longues and a desk. There is a small fireplace. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the verandah through a French door. The room has two windows, as well as a window that opens into the verandah. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a cooker with three gas burners and one electric burner, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace. The room has a window, as well as a roof window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the kitchen through an access area.
Bottom LevelPatio
The patio is 230 square meters (2475 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the swimming pool.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a small arched window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. The room has a small arched window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small arched window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. The room has two small arched windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
