”Great unit and great hosts to work with. Very clean and easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife. My only slight disappointment was that there is no closet in the primary bedroom and limited dresser space, but other than that everything was great! Mermaid Cottages is a wonderful group to work with, excellent communication and very accommodating. ”

”We love Tybee and and location is perfect for getting around the island. This is a super cute cottage with everything you will need. This is located on a busy road so there is some traffic noise but it does not take away from the house. We definitely would stay again! ”

”Cute place! We enjoyed coffee in the morning in the lovely porch area and some wine and cards in the back yard area. We had bikes dropped off so we could bike around the island and see all the beaches Tybee had to offer. The host was great to work with during our stay here!! ”

”House was so cute with amazing history. The hosts could not have been more accommodating. They even turned the porch lights on for us when they learned we would arrive after dark! Highly recommend Mermaid Cottages and this house. We walked everywhere and others staying in the neighborhood were all friendly and respectful. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”The unit big enough to feel like a home for a few days and not a hotel room. Great location easy access to a riverfront view within walking distance.Tybee Island and Historic Savannah are both a short drive. Restaurants and outdoor indoor dining within walking distance. The unit itself is new construction and is full of whimsical decor. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well equipped for light meals with full sized appliances and a dishwasher. The only drawback, the living room couch and chair...
