A cozy 32-square-meter apartment that can accommodate 2 people, located in a shared villa equipped with every amenity, including parking, a garden, and a patio furnished with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and an outdoor pool (all shared with the villa’s other guests). Located just a 12-minute drive from downtown and an 18-minute drive from the beach. Its location also makes it perfect for exploring other must-see destinations in the area, such as Cisternino, Locorotondo, and Alberobello.



The accommodations are located on the first floor and is laid out as follows:



KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, conventional oven, and electric toaster oven;

LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, TV, and split A/C

BEDROOM with double bed, closet, and split A/C

BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating with a boiler, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



In the garden, shared with the other guests of the property, the following are available:

- Uncovered parking space inside the gate

- Outdoor pool, open from June 15 to September 30 (opening dates may vary depending on weather conditions) and equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas

- An outdoor patio equipped with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dining tables with chairs.



PLEASE NOTE: Please note that there are several steps separating the different areas of the garden; therefore, there are steps both at the entrance to the accommodation and to access the pool.



OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

The front door keys are located inside a safe that opens with a code. Instructions will be provided at check-in.



7 days before your arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents through our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



After 9:00 PM, check-in directly at the villa is available with the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



The tourist tax will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.

Villa Safi is is located in Contrada Vallegna in Ostuni, an area nestled in the peaceful Apulian countryside, close to numerous other villas and trulli. Ostuni, known as the “White City,” is famous for the whitewashed houses in its historic center.
