Arranged on a single level, the villa features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. Adjacent to the main building there is an independent trullo with a double bedroom, open shower, and private bathroom.

A few steps away lies the pool area, with spacious outdoor areas designed for open-air living: a furnished terrace, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with stovetop, barbecue, and stone sink, as well as a small herb garden. In the garden there is also a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The location allows guests to enjoy the peace of the countryside while remaining close to the coast and the main historic villages: the beaches of Torre Guaceto, Ostuni, Cisternino, and Alberobello are all easily reachable.
