Staff were very nice. Leisure facilities were very good Restaurant....evening meal was delicious Breakfast was excellent Only criticism was that the shower in the room needs attention. The Lion Hotel Shrewsbury
Good old style hotel in the middle of the city. Rooms by the street are awfully noicy.

The location is remote, which means it is very quiet and you can see beautiful starry skies. The cottage is cosy and fully furnished. Be aware that it is a split-level design (if you have knee problems like we do). The owners are very welcoming.
