”Spacious rooms for a decent price. The hotel is rather new and everything is in good condition. Onsen type of public bath available. Only negative is the location, one stop with train from Kyoto station. Railway museum and Aquarium nearby, other than that not much more. Still a very solid option in Kyoto, especially for families with children that might need a larger room for an affordable price. ”

”Wonderful clean, spacious and beautiful apartment! Staff all very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for Shinkansen and Toji temple was a must visit. Busy road but not a problem and didn’t stop us sleeping very well. Would recommend!! (Apologies to staff that the umbrella was not returned to holder, it was taken when we left it outside a shop and I forgot to get a replacement) ”

”Very close to the To-Ji station, you could hear trains passing ( not so loud though). Walking distance from the To-Ji temple and Aeon Mall. Otherwise there was not much to see around the area. You need train, bus or Uber to move around. The breakfast was not quite as expected, typical Asian I guess, soup, noodles etc. As in everywhere in Japan, there was almost no bread available. But the staff were very friendly and polite.”

”Amazing get-away from Kyoto's city center. Public bath (onsen like facilities) were great. Our room was spacious and futons were comfy. Location was in the middle of residential area and the nearest train station was some 900 meters away. We ended up walking to Kyoto train station which was less than 2,5km. Great experience!”

The room itself was clean and spacious, with a mix of traditional and modern design. The bed was comfortable, and all the small amenities such as slippers and robes were high quality. The staff was very friendly and made the whole process seamless. The location of the hotel is great since it's in a quiet area but only one stop away from Kyoto...
