Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The keys to the front door are located inside a security box that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in-in.

It features a charming historic center—a labyrinth of narrow, winding alleys just a few meters from the sea—rich in monuments: the imposing Aragonese Castle, Otranto Cathedral built in 1088, and the Basilica of St. Peter with its Byzantine frescoes, to name just a few. Don’t miss a stroll along the famous “Lungomare degli Eroi” promenade, where you can admire Otranto’s stunning sea and stop by one of the many restaurants and bars that bring the area to life. Finally, there are numerous nearby beaches with crystal-clear waters, all just a short drive away: among the most beautiful are Baia dei Turchi, Spiaggia degli Alimini, and Torre dell’Orso.

- If you’re traveling by car, the accommodations are outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and can be reached by car.
