Newly built apartment. The tastefully chosen furnishings are brand new.
The apartment is located on the first floor. It is comfortable and bright. The air conditioner is located in the hallway and is sufficient to cool all the rooms.
We have 2 bedrooms, a large living-dining room, a washing machine, and a spacious balcony furnished with tables and chairs.
A flight of stairs leads up to the furnished terrace with a sun deck and a large shared pool.
The beach is a 10-minute walk away
A garage space is available and can be reserved for EUR 10 per day
PLEASE
• do not smoke inside the apartment
• be careful with the bathroom and kitchen countertops
• sort your trash
• Use the cleaning supplies provided
• Tidy up the entire space
• Do not flush objects down the toilet
• Avoid sitting on the furniture while wet
• DO NOT LEAVE THE AIR CONDITIONERS ON
LINENS: Sheets and towels are not included in the accommodation rate. You can reserve them in advance for an additional cost of FIFTEEN EUR per person per week, or bring your own
