”Nice marina view and nice bay view from the balcony. Not a great space for family of 4. It’s very tight. The Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. This is better for one or two people for a night or two that are going out on a fishing charter or something like that.”

The door lock system with the codes is finicky. Go slow inputtingthe numbers. Good convenience to local food and drink. Just need to walk a block or two.”

”We have been coming yearly to the Nye beach area and this was a charming condo. It was neat and was exactly as the pictures portrayed. We had a couple of minor problems. The blinds on the south side were stuck and we could not lower them at night and the toilet in the master bedroom was a bit faulty. But everything else was wonderful! The view of the ocean was gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!”

”Was a perfect little condo for our beach trip. We slept great, the room has a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. Kids (7 and 9 yo) had fun sleeping out on the sleeper sofa in the living room. There was an extra trundle bed available for the kids too. Kitchen was very well stocked and easy to cook in. We even had access to coin-op laundry room which comes in handy after a beach day with the kids. We had a great time and enjoyed the comfort of this home and the beautiful view of the...

”It really is just steps from the beach, the stairs down are right across the road. It is a bit of a trek back up, but it's a few minutes to historic nye beach if you can't do stairs!”
