We were surprised that there was no staff. But there was a phone number to call if there were issues. The whole check-in and checkout was done by I phone. The room was really small. The cleanliness issue we noticed was the inside of the drawers and fridge,freezer. Alot of animal hair under the table and dirt on the headrest of hot tub.
