The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight

Before arrival, I received an email stating that online check-in was required due to Austrian regulations. This appears to be misleading. The real reason seems to be that reception closes before many guests arrive, so you collect your key from a lockbox instead.
Around 24 hours before checkout, I received a text asking what time I would be leaving. As I was busy and hadn't replied, they followed up with "???". I found this...
