”Front desk staff was outstanding. Rachel was lovely to talk to, and ensured we received our breakfast vouchers along with a run down of the hotel amenities. Overall the staff was friendly. Two downsides to the room we stayed in. First, it had an odd musty smell, and secondly, when the shower runs the bathroom floor floods. I do want to add the room looked lovey, it might just need some additional cleaning. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the hotel is pet-friendly. ”

”This stay was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even handing out goodie bags for our kids at breakfast. When returning to ATL, this will def be our top pick for our stay.”

”Everything was fine overall. Shower is poorly installed. Room 320. One side was higher than the other causing the glass not to seat in the guides, allowing it to swing in. I have a toddler so not very safe given how large and heavy those doors can be. The bottom is loose and poorly caulked allowing the floor to get very wet. The flooring is buckling beside the shower floor pan, so its obviously an ongoing issue. The pictures of the "luxury king" room on thr Expedia did not match what was...

”Amazing hotel, great ambience. Was greeted with hot tea and a hot towel. The on site restaurant was amazing. The car service is nice to have and who doesn’t love a ride in a Porsche? Rooms were stacked with everything, super clean. The lighting in the room was amazing with three modes. Bed was comfy and I wasn’t mad at the view. I didn’t hear any noise from the hallway, at all. Close to Lennox Mall and Phipps Plaza. Plenty of food options nearby, as well. Definitely worth the cost.”

”First time staying here and price was great. Convenient to Phipps Plaza and hotel was new and modern very nice lobby with fireplace. Avoid coming around rush hour was hard to get to the hotel because of the busy intersection. ”

”Breakfast was terrible, which is a shocker for an embassy suites- I think too many guests and not enough staff. Also- they should not put out to go containers, SO many guests were filling up 4-5 containers at a time! Not going up to rooms, but sitting down with it all- the staff couldn’t keep up- so that they put out quite undercooked eggs- literally floating in raw egg. Front desk staff was inattentive- they acted as if we were bothering them to check in- never told us about parking- it wasn’t...
