”Otherwise great stay but the sustainability matters could be improved especially in the breakfast. There is in use plastic utensils and cups which are non-comfortable and pollute the environment. Just our family breakfast produced bag load of trash. Bring in glasses, silverware and such. ”

”This hotel seems very new. The cleanliness was top notch. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast had many various options with real ceramic plates and coffee cups and real glasses for juice and water. The parking price is steep: $30 a night and really no other parking options are available.”

”Where do I even start? What a wonderful hotel! We arrived late at night and were greeted by a night porter who was fantastic. The hotel is brand new—it feels like a beautiful old mansion that has been tastefully renovated. It’s so fresh that you can still smell the paint in some areas!
Being an older building, the floors creak a bit, and we did hear a loud mechanical noise at night (possibly the AC system), but it didn’t ruin the experience at all. The room was spotless, the towels were high...

”This is a boutique urban hotel. Clever funky design and comfortable beds. Not a lot of frills but definitely had what I wanted and needed. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Room was very clean. Did not use parking or airport shuttle but did take light rail which goes directly to airport and is about 4 blocks from hotel. Hotel is within walking distance of many major points of interest. Would stay there again for sure.”

”The hotel was great but the 3rd party shuttle service was horrible. It was an issue with being picked up at the airport. Almost an hour late and poor communication. The driver was wreck less. Same with the shuttle diver to pier 66 the next morning.”
