”House was very clean and enjoyable to stay in. I’ve stayed here twice and definitely prefer this over any hotel around. House has good WiFi and at one point there was a power outage but the home is equipped with an automatic generator that kicked on immediately so i didn’t have to suffer. John is an awesome host and responds quickly if there are any issues. I definitely look forward to booking again. I definitely recommend this stay for family and friends!”

”It was a perfect getaway with our dogs. Location was awesome, pretty much a 10 minute drive to everything. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. The 2 car garage was a wonderful extra. The beds were super comfy. I can’t say enough about the food in Texas. We had breakfast at First Watch almost every day. Check in and out was simple. Victoria was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!”

”WORST stay we have had in a Vrbo. The duplex reeked of pot/weed everyday, even the night we got there at 10pm. Contacted the lady who owns it and never received a call back or an email after she said she’d go take a look. I asked for a call back there was no further communication between her and I. There were multiple items broken or damaged in the duplex. The shower had mold in it, the master bathroom was not cleaned before we got there. There was also mouse poop all over in the hot water...
