”Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically...

”Description: The unit is not a 'house'. It's an renovated building behind a house.
Safety/Security: The stairs are an accident waiting to happen. Top tread is almost split through along the length and was repaired/remounted on an angle. Bottom tread is so far under the top that you have to step sideways to be stable. No handrails. No exterior lighting except for one small solar light by the stairs which doesn't stay charged.
Parking: Ad says you can park on the street (a hill) or in the...

”My sister and I stayed here over the weekend for a Finger Lakes hiking trip, and it was fantastic!
Coming from near Philly, the star-filled night sky was breathtaking. Meeting the hosts’ three sweet dogs while stargazing made it even better!
The space was adorable, clean, and easy to find. Beds in both rooms were super comfortable; my sister loved how dark the windowless smaller room was, and the larger room had AC and a super convenient multi-device charger located next to the bed.

”We had a great stay! The location is amazing. So close to many hikes and waterfalls, and a few minutes from downtown Ithaca. The place was very clean, had a great shower, bed was comfortable (but a bit firm). We appreciated that toilet paper, toiletries, coffee/tea and other items were provided. I’d absolutely stay here again!”

”Our family gathered here to celebrate our grandson’s graduation from Binghamton. This beautiful home was the perfect place for our large family to come together, laugh, share memories, and celebrate such a special milestone. We will always remember the warmth and comfort of this house and the wonderful time we spent enjoying each other’s company here.”

”This is a very clean and cozy house in the hills of Pennsylvania. Everything is as described. It is down a dirt road so you car will get dirty. It is a nice place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The only suggestion I would make is to put an identification make by the road since you cannot see the house. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.”
