”Nice hotel very good staff room was spacious and comfortable breakfast was good bit noisy from Road in the morning but that can’t be helped otherwise a very good stay would recommend .”

”Pam and I were made very welcome and didn’t feel like outsiders at all. Brilliant decor and comfort. I would highly recommend Oliver’s Guesthouse Peter Finbarr-Smith”

”A truly lovely stay at a homely pub that was superb value for money, the staff were very helpful & friendly, will definitely visit again when in the area .”

”I had liver and onions for evening meal. It was over cooked as the liver was crumbling as I ate it. The bed was uncomfortable ..mattress was cheap and the bed wobbled every time you moved keeping my wife awake as I moved in the night. Sue, manager was brilliant , very attentive and polite.”

”Very helpful staff and so friendly. Found us a room with aircon -much appreciated during the heatwave. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast was reasonably priced and great.”

”Really clean room. Boutique decor.”

”Clean rooms with staff always available. Would stay again”

”Room dated paper peeling off, wash basin poor at best. No breakfast, television reception terrible, The whole hotel could do with a good clean and decorating. Drinks not at the price's stated.”

”Comfortable room. Excellent food in restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful”

”Good food and drink at the pub that is separate from the accommodation. Slight problem on check in as they had given us a double room instead of a twin, despite sending an email prior to arrival requesting a twin. Staff shortages meant it was a while before the bed situation was sorted but we were in the bar by then so not really an issue. The receptionist was apologetic and keen to resolve the issue so bonus points to her.”

”Un accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires du lieu qui s’occupent eux-mêmes des chambres, très propres.”

”Listed as having ev charging but chargers were not working as the hotel was being powered by a generator according to the night Porter. Was unable to charge when we arrived and had to find alternative fast charging the next morning. Room was a bit dated but comfortable with very large bed”

”Thoroughly enjoyed our night at Cleatham Hall. Very pleasant older house with all modern conveniences.”
