”We drove from NYC to the hotel, got there at 11:30 and they told us we have to wait for check in time. Went back at 4:30 and the room still was not ready until 5:30. They need to deal better with time ”

The lights didn't work because there were no light bulbs. The bed had sand and grit all over it. My buddy who got a different room said there was hair in his bed. We ended up not staying and getting a room somewhere else. This is probably the grossest place I have ever almost stayed. I'm totally fine with a place...

”This property is a dump, very unsafe and should be torn down and made an emty lot. They charged me for a pet but I have a service dog. There was people hanging out in the parking lot until 2 in the morning, noise and very unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE. ”

”Hello, I am writing to formally report a serious cleanliness and sanitation issue with my recent hotel stay booked through Expedia. I stayed in the room from Friday to Sunday (Easter weekend), and upon checking the room, I discovered a used tampon left behind the microwave. In addition, the area under the beds was visibly dirty and had clearly not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. This is extremely concerning, as it indicates that the room was not properly sanitized between guests....
