”If you love to breathe cigarette smoke then this is the place to stay! The rooms all smell so bad like smoke because the casino is connected to the hotel area and the ventilation is basically non existent. The staff is amazing though! Breakfast was not good, and let’s not forget the hundreds of birds swarming the front door! We would not recommend this place to anyone ”

”Cleaning uncomfortable rooms. I think there was a new person working at the counter. She could use some extra training to talk to people more kindly solid average hotel breakfast and a hot tub could be a little bit warmer, but overall the room was clean and comfortable and I really enjoy staying here. Shout out to the assistant manager she’s pretty cool.”

”There was a very strong air freshener smell when entering the building as well as in the room. The floor in the lobby and in the bathroom in the room was very sticky. Your shoes stuck when you walked. There was no hot water in the morning to take a shower on the days we were there. There was hot water in the afternoon. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. We would not choose this location again due to the strong odor of air freshener. It was nauseating. And not having hot water available...

”After4 attempts by phone over 3 hours on the day of scheduled arrival to confirm their checkin time, I was told that the hotel is closed and still under remodeling and would not be open for at least another 2 months. When I asked for $ back, I was told I had to ask Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they had to call the property to verify my claim, the holes claimed that they were omen and that I just needed to call the other checkin desk. This was a total lie, I stayed down the street...
