”The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy”

”The condo was perfect for the size party we had. It had a nice view of the beach area you could see from the deck area. The host Erin was one of the most organized hosts I have had the pleasure of working with. The condo was extremely clean and nothing was missed.”

” Communication was awesome, check in was easy, and the setting is lovely. In fact, we want to go back sometime for a longer stay. Our only concern is that there are structural issues in this condo. One bathroom door is not able to shut all the way, and the other will not stay open. The kitchen and living room area appear to be sloping downward as you go out to the deck. I hope there’s something they can do to fix it because it really is a nice stay otherwise. ”

”So the outside was sketchy but when the door opens its beautiful in the inside. The neighbors were pretty quiet even though the walls are thin. The only complaint I have was the one tv in the living room, I like a tv to play while i sleep not really a issue but if I would've noticed that in the pictures I would have just brought one from home.
