”Lots of wonderful things about this hotel and would have loved to give a 5, but shower was horrible. Rain shower with open door concept. The water never got very warm, it trickled and was freezing! Walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything said next door. Also, our room was right next to the ice machine which was very loud. Rooms are large and nicely decorated- breakfast was fine- staff was great. ”

”Were impressed with the room and staff. Had to be gone for a few hours and when we came back there was no place to park. Had to park at parking lot for neighboring hotel. Would still come back. ”

”The pool was disgusting and had clumps of hair floating in it. Same as the hot tub. Only good thing about this place was the breakfast and the guy helping run the breakfast area. He was very kind and helpful. ”

”Room renovations or repairs were apparently in work. Unpainted patches and wall repairs were evident. Carpet needed restoration; strong odor of odor counteractant and occasional strong whiff of maybe urine. Breakfast was very good. Check-out was efficient. Selection of facility was based on an 8.4 rating. Our room was well below 8. ”

”The hotel was functional. The staff were never at the front desk though, you had to call them to get someone to help. The breakfast was also very empty. I came down at 7am (breakfast was 6-9) on Saturday morning and I was the only person down there. However, the only options were 6 sausage patties, 3 biscuits, or half a pan of runny eggs. There was a machine for waffles as well. That would be my only major place of improvement would be the breakfast and the staff could have been more attentive....

”Rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable. Rooms were very quiet, and didn't hear any hall noise. Gentleman at the desk was very courteous and helpful. Several restaurants nearby as well as WalMart, ect. Would definitely stay there again. ”

”Smoke detector in room was sitting on the dresser, bugs in bathroom, mold under mat in bathtub, no extra lock on door, pool was closed when we got there. Believe they had a lot of ppl complain so they reopened it, breakfast food half the time was cold. ”

”Clean and comfortable. The enclosed ramp to get to the second floor sure beats carrying luggage up stairs. The staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”The staff were great. The breakfast was fine. The room was very dark. Needed more lighting. That could be why i felt like the room was a little rough. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet seat was really beat up. I covered it in toilet paper just to be able to sit on it. The pool was clean and the kids had a good time playing in it. ”

”I will never stay at that hotel ever again. It was nasty. The refrigerator didn’t work because it wasn’t turned on the service was horrible. The breakfast wasn’t even a breakfast.”

”When we first walked into the lobby it smelled sooo clean. I was amazed. Got to our room and again. It was so clean. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The staff making the breakfast was extremely sweet. Even told us to take a muffin for our journey back home. Our room was one of the best I've ever stayed in. ”
