”Staff was very helpful and friendly. Early check in was allowed seamlessly, zero issues. Room was tidied perfectly, and amenities including those in the room & complementary breakfast were great. Note; I booked the double queen suite, and I definitely recommend it; pretty much anything you could want in there & more. Definitely didn't make use of the dishwasher, and hardly used the full kitchen setup as a whole however it was a very nice inclusion, very nice shower also. Would definitely stay...

It looked really bad and was unexpected for a Hyatt property. When I originally looked at booking this hotel it was extremely overpriced. However, I found it later for a better price and so booked. I wasn’t happy with the appearance of the overgrown weeds, etc. and would have been furious had I opted to book at the higher price...

The night time clerk did not know how to check us in and it took 45 minutes to get the keys to our room. Hotel breakfast was good and was clean and stocked well.”

”Being an older property there were some issues. Paint peeling, ceiling tiles in the hallway missing. General maintenance items. It did not effect the stay. Best sleep I've had in a while. Will definitely stay again when I'm in town. The room was quiet even with people there for softball and baseball tournaments and a bowling tournament.”
