”Our rental was very clean and well appointed. The property manager was very helpful and available. They put us in contact with private transportation from the Cancun airport and arranged for the kitchen to be stocked when we arrived. Good snorkeling right off the beach. Could not have been more pleased with the pricing and value. We were in Cozumel for the 2020 Ironman race. The location of this rental is perfect for this event right between the swim start and first transition.”

A bit of an issue with the water pressure, so everyone had to shower in the main en suite. Also, the beach is definitely not a five minute walk since you have to walk all the way around a few resorts. Would definitely stay here again.”

”This house was in a great location. There were so many things we loved about the house, mainly the out door areas. The deck areas and pools were perfect! The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. Also know that the mattresses are very firm, they were ok for us, but softer would have been nice. And it was a bit hard to not flush toilet paper, but they did...

The individual bedroom set up with their own bathroom makes it so everybody has their own space, but there is a nice gathering spot on the roof under the Palapa near the plunge pool. the location walking distance from fifth Avenue is perfect for us. The hostess was attentive and make sure we had everything we needed. We had a great day thank you.”
