Attic apartment in the heart of the historic center of the seaside village of Marzamemi, with a spectacular view of the Balata and the small port of Marzamemi. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to ensure a completely relaxing vacation. It is located on the second floor of a building where the owners live on the first floor, sharing a staircase. The apartment features a comfortable kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities, and outside there is a charming veranda where you can relax, use the barbecue for dinners featuring fresh seafood, and enjoy the view of the sea. It has two bedrooms with the following layouts:<br>Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and 1 crib (upon request)<br>Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed with an optional pull-out bed (max 3 guests)<br>From the master bedroom, you can go birdwatching with a view of the Marzamemi marsh, home to a rich biodiversity of wildlife; various birds stop and nest periodically in its waters, and you can often see pink flamingos, ducks, seagulls, and black-winged stilts—after which our property is named. <br>Maximum total guests: 2 (2 adults with three children)
