”Very accommodating staff”

”A quick walk to asilomar beach, very dog friendly. Mutt mitts for dog clean up. Fresh waffles every morning with coffee was a good thing to not worry about. Nice selection of pastries as well to start your morning. They did wine in the evenings. Wifi worked. Having the fireplace in the room was a nice way to warm up the room.”

”The cottages are roomy and comfortable. We felt like the place was a bargain. Definitely coming back.”

”We loved our cottage and how private each cottage was. The grounds were beautiful and everything was well taken care of. We definitely want to stay here again. ”

”We stayed there two nights during our roadtrip. The hotel was quite nice. We had to be in contact to the hotel beforehand several times, since the reception closes already at 5pm. The rooms were spacious but a bit worn out, our friends bathroom door was stucked, but luckily the staff was still there when it happened. There was an odd moldy odour in the room. Otherwise the location was good, near the ocean and Monterey and the center of Pacific Grove can be easily reached by bus or by car. ”

”We stayed at the "Whitecaps North" building. Beautiful dunes and beach easily walkable from the rooms. No TVs in the rooms and wifi turned off at night. It's a great place to retreat for peace and quiet without screen time. Check out the social hall for activities like playing pool and reading a kindle next to the fireplace. ”
