There should be a guest service desk separate from checking in , there were multiple people who who were at the check in desk requesting WiFi and other stuff and they were there for minutes while a line of people were waiting to just check in and go to their room . I booked my room through Expedia and they told me what I had to pay for a deposit , I ended up having to pay triple the amount for the deposit upon arriving which I was not told about beforehand .
