”Huge property with stellar views. It's a very busy property, but our room was quiet and comfortable. The tram up the mountain and the restaurants up on top were good. The gym was easily accessible.”

”Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location.”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal. Add juice variety, something...

”Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and bed was very cozy. I would have packed a makeup mirror as the lighting is not ideal to do makeup… but that was my only small struggle. Best part was how centrally located it was!! Short walk to Pikes Market or the Needle.. and Top Pot. I quickly became obsessed with this coffee and donut spot just a few paces down the street.”

”The pros: the usual things like cleanliness, decor, maintenance, etc. were all fine. We really appreciated being checked in early, and the location for sightseeing is really perfect. The meh: There is one elevator and it's SLOW. The stairs are for emergencies only so this was annoying, but not a big deal. The MAJOR con: We barely slept. We'd read about "street noise" in other reviews and weren't worried about that - we're fine with city noise. But this was a steady stream of garbage...
