”We stayed here for a week and loved it. The space is older, and the bathtubs and showers and in dire need of replacement but otherwise the rest of the space was updated. All the furniture, dining spaces and couch were very comfortable. The space is large and functional. Washer and dryer were so nice to have. Staff are friendly. The major con is the lobby is and amenities room are heavily perfumed which was borderline nauseating. ALSO CAUTION THE CONCIERGE TABLE! They will offer you a package...

”Beautiful property! Situated just behind the oceanfront homes with a path to the beach. In walkable Carlsbad Village - really no need to leave the property but the rest of Carlsbad including Legoland is an easy drive. Lovely large outdoor area facing the beach with pool, hot tub, plenty of seating. Our room had a balcony with partial ocean view & we loved the farmers market on Wednesday. Will def stay here again. ”

”Well our 1 bedroom suite was pretty awesome, and the housekeeping staff were excellent. There was a lot of dust around the grounds that didn't seem to get cleaned up over the 8 days we were there, and it took me an hour to clean off our patio furniture one day, which wasn't the best use of my time on our vacation. ”Nice location and facilities, comfortable and quiet room. The property is beginning to show some wear and tear in terms of stucco corners, stucco wall damage, especially on the lower levels. There seemed to be a lot of staff on the grounds using their iPhones, not working that hard, yet some areas seemed unclean such as the elevators, and remained dirty during our whole 3 day stay.
