”Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)”

”My husband & I were in town for a couple of days to visit our son. While we usually stay at hotels, we decided to rent something more convenient and comfortable. So glad we did! Our host, Arden, could not have been more responsive, kind, and accommodating. The cottage was charming, comfortable , and private. And we particularly enjoyed the hot tub at night which was totally fenced in, secluded, and located directly behind the cottage. We will definitely be booking with Arden again next time...

Only issues were the heating that didn’t work (but two spatial heaters were provided) and the internet was very inconsistant making it difficult to use for serious work.
