”Place was not ready to rent. There were multiple problems that can be fixed and it would be fine. As it was, this was one of the worst places we've ever stayed.The bathroom sink did not drain for 5 hours. The host clearly knew about this since the drain had been dismantled. One of the two kitchen chairs was broken. There was no dish soap and the silverware was dirty. The kitchen trash had not been emptied. There was a hamper of dirty laundry and a drying washcloth in the closet. There was...

”We had a great stay, bed was comfortable, place was clean, although the pillows seemed a bit flat. The host was quick at replying to questions. The host made sure we felt safe and had what we needed. The only thing we didn’t care for was the stability of the WiFi at the place and the area. ”

”The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.”

Very walkable neighborhood and hosts were so communicative about everything. Were worried about street parking since we had 2 cars up there (the garage was great!) but really was easy to find parking for the 2nd car. Would love to stay here again. ”
