”This was our favorite stop in our 10 day road trip of CA. The listing was clean. Exactly as described. Great host who was very responsive and kind. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was clean and perfect for the cool nights. The ocean view deck was a nice touch. It was 35mins from San Francisco. 35mins from the airport. Montera Beach is 4 min drive away and is very pretty. Felt like a home away from Home. Personal shampoo/conditioner would be recommeneded if picky with product. Hair dryer...

”Pros: great location especially if you are catching a flight from SFO. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed.Cons: the check in process was not good. The instructions were not clear. We had trouble getting in. Thankfully, the property manager was in the unit and let us in. Communication with the host was challenging. We didn't get responses promptly. Make sure to bring ear plugs as it gets noisy at night with the aircrafts coming in and out of SFO.Suggestions:...

”Staying in hmb many times, a big disappointment. Way overpriced. Over half of the lights were burned out, the bathroom had one light that worked, the vent was so clogged with dirt it didn't work and we couldn't open the windows as an alternative bc the handle was broken. No hangers to be found but no closets anyway or drawers to put anything in and no floor space in the br to lay a suitcase out. We had to pay 75 extra for a towel set for our guest, there was only one set of towels for each...

”The property was beautiful and very clean. The windows made it very bright and open. At night however the moonlight kept it bright making it a little difficult to sleep. Thank you for the two fans they were critical as there was no AC and it would get hot and a muggy in the room. We would air out the place when would return as it did not take long to heat up. The soaking tub was amazing. We both were able to sit in it together. A recommendation would be to add some dimmer switches in both...

Everything about it was excellent: the location is within walking distance of Grand Avenue, the house has so much room (including a downstairs bedroom), and Wai was a responsive host.
