”Very good location only 10 miles from the Steven’s canyon entrance to Ranier national park. Only 1/2 mile to the limited restaurants in Packwood but kitchenette in most rooms. Seeing elk/deer outside our window in the morning was super cool. Ask for a cabin in the back/side for less road traffic. Did have some bug issues in our room but nothing than a good stomp did the trick.Still may be the best hotel option in the area.”

”Our party of 2 thoroughly enjoyed the well-kept accommodations and premises of the Elkai Suite. The rooms and bathroom were spotless and the attention to detail was impressive. The campfire area with Adirondack chairs were a nice plus while we enjoyed some cozy campfire evenings. There was reportedly automatic exterior lighting before sunset, but for the first evening it didn't work. However, that was efficiently addressed by our host after our first day. Those lights nicely added a calming...

”Great stay, perfect to explore mount rainier and surroundings. The VRBO was great, super clean with all the amenities described in the listing. Communication with the host was great and the hot tub was perfect after a long day exploring. Super quiet and comfortable.”
