Apartment 3 is located on the first floor of a four-apartment complex and consists of a living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine and a terrace with lake views.

There is a second attic floor consisting of a living room, bedroom with two single beds, and bathroom.

The apartment does not have air conditioning and is reachable by stairs. The first set of bed linen and towels is provided.
