Villa Stefanie, with private pool and breathtaking views

Villa Stefanie is located at the top of the hill of Padenghe sul Garda, in a panoramic position offering a breathtaking view of Lake Garda and the surrounding hills.

It is located inside the exclusive Villaggio Alighieri, composed of villas surrounded by large gardens and green areas, offering great tranquillity and privacy; the Village is fenced in externally, while there are no fences between the gardens of the Villas located inside.

Villa Stefanie has its own exclusive private swimming pool measuring approximately 10m x 4m, with access via convenient stairs, and a large garden for your exclusive use.

On the first floor lake view side you will find a large living room with sofas and satellite TV, as well as a dining area with dining table and open kitchen, equipped with all accessories (dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine), a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower cubicle, separate bath tub, two sinks), as well as a small service bathroom (WC + sink); the internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is access to the terrace with a wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding hills; from the living room there is also access to the porch with outdoor dining table and barbecue for outdoor cooking.

On the ground floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, as well as a service room with washing machine.

In the garden of the Villa you will also find uncovered parking space for two cars.

Your children are welcome at Villa Stefanie; we would like to point out that the Villa is on several levels and there are internal stairs; the large garden is not fenced and some of its parts are sloping; both the private and the communal swimming pool are not fenced and in some areas the water is about two metres deep; it is therefore the responsibility of our guests to assess whether it is suitable for children: for safety reasons, children should always be under adult supervision when they are in the outdoor areas of the Villa.
A cot and high chair for children is available on request and at no additional cost.

In addition to the private swimming pool for the exclusive use of Villa Stefanie, inside the Village you will find two further swimming pools for the common use of all the Villas, located about 100 metres away and round in shape, thanks to its shape and size, it allows you to swim continuously; to the side of the pool there is also another small pool with water about 50 centimetres deep, perfect for your children to play in; the Village also has two clay tennis courts, available free of charge upon reservation at the Village Office.

Villa Stefanie does not have air conditioning, but its location in the midst of greenery and constant hillside breezes means you can still enjoy it in comfort.

Your pet is welcome and there are no additional costs; as the garden is completely open and without a fence, you should carefully consider whether it is suitable for you.

The rental price includes:
- Hot and cold water;
- Electricity;
- Unlimited Wi-Fi Internet;
- TV with international satellite channels;
- Heating during the less warm season (until 30 April and from 1 October onwards);
- Private garden and swimming pool for your exclusive use;
- Garden and pool maintenance during your stay;
- Bed linen, towels and pool towel, changed weekly;
- Final cleaning.

The following costs are not included and must be paid on arrival:
- Municipal Tourist Tax of € 1.00 per day per person over the age of 14.

It is also possible to book a home cook service, the cost of which is not included in the rental price.

On arrival you will be welcomed directly at Villa Stefanie by our staff, who will explain its main features and will be available during your stay for any information or problems.
