”The staff at reception were super lovely and really happy to help! The hostel itself is off the main island but it's actually quite nice as there's not that much noise during the night and at the same time the main island is just two vaporetto stops away. The communal areas at the hostel were really lovely and spacious. But the rooms were not.. I stayed in a 10 bed female dorm and the beds were comfy and clean but there really isn't much room to move around. Even opening the locker under the bed...

”We where very happy with the hospitality, but not with room service we stayed 4 nights and not once the room was cleaned. Also we would suggest that for the room keys to be more protected. For example we just said the room number and without any questions they just handed the keys to us and for that reason we didn’t leave anything with value in the room we didn’t feel safe, it would be better for the receptionist who gives the keys to verify with id card or any other verification that is your...

”Very terrible hostel. We had some bugs in our room. Room was very hot and we couldn't sleep there. We booked two nights, but we stayed only one night. I can't recommend Sunny Terrace Hostel to anyone. ”

”The staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. However, there's a strange policy of charging €5 for "bed sheets"... I've never seen this before at any other hostel. As far as I've seen, bed sheets are always included in the regular booking. I guess this is a way to make prices appear lower while searching. I figure they should include this in the original price. These extra little charges are kind of annoying.”

”Clean, new hotel with comfy beds, air-conditioning and a kitchenette. Everything new and functioning well. Helpful staff, laundry and breakfast available for considerable price. 5 minutes from the train station. Bus for Venice leaving from the next street and train also available. Takes 15-20 minutes. ”

”We used this hotel standard suite during our honeymoon trip to Venice. There were issues what kind of suite we get but those were quickly resolved by friendly stuff and we got what we paid for. Service is good but hotel rooms are a bit out dated, would need some fixing here and there. Overall impression was positive, good hotel near those famous places surrounding San Marco square.”
