”The hostel is clean, very friendly staff and very close to public transportation. They host free dinners for guests and it’s a nice opportunity to get to know people and mingle. They have a towel rental service for €3 and laundry service on site for a fee. Only complaint is the pod doors/storage drawers can be loud and guests should try to be more mindful when opening/closing those. Overall really enjoyable stay!!! Would recommend! ”

”Despite from the initial stars given, it is an okay hostel for its price. If you want to stay at Florence cheaply, this is fine. It is a little far from the city center meaning that you have to take a bus or if you're interested enough you could walk - takes about 20-30minutes. Cheap drinks at hostels bar. If you're a hostel/traveller type, why not. ”

”Saatiin privaatti 6 hengen huone kahden henkilön käyttöön! Jokaisen sängyn ”yhteydessä” oli pistorasioita ja pieni yövalo sekä yöpöytä. Sänkyjen alla oli metallesit matkatavaralaatikot. Huoneessa oli myös oma kyöpyhuone, mikä ajoi hyvin asiansa. Huone siivottiin kerran päivässä, vaikkakin ei mitenkään perusteellisen siistiä ollut. Sijainti oikein hyvä ja Milanon hinnoilla tämä oli oikein hyvä vaihtoehto majoitukselle!”

Two small inconveniences: - when I arrived and they gave me the key card, it didn't work, and I had to go back and forth 4 times, then it turned out that the room that they gave me is already taken. Pesualtaasta puuttui tulppa. Vesijohtojen ääni oli erittäin voimakas. Jouduimme toimimaan nuorisojoukkojen järjestyksenvalvojana. Juhlivat seinän takana hiljaisuusaikaan.”

”One of the best hostels I have been to. Super clean, room were quiet, beds were comfy, bar area in the garden was nice. Only kitchen could have been better: it was super crowded at the dinner time and was lacking of plates and spoons. However, in the crowded kitchen it was very easy to make new friends! ”

”I was positively surprised by the Generator Rome. Originally we booked just one night last minute but ended up extending for 3 more. For the price we paid I doubt you'll find as nice a room anywhere in Rome. Our private room was pretty with modern bathroom. Great shower! Wifi worked well and all the staff members were friendly and helpful. It feels more like hotel than hostel. Many reviews mention the surrounding area. Yes, it's near the railway station and it's not the most beautiful part...
