”The staff was nice and the location of the hotel was perfect. The hotel itself however, was worth 1,5 starts instead of three. The room smelled stuffy and it was very hot. The floors were dusty and looked like they had not been vacuumed in a long while. The bathroom was clean, but we came across a cockroach our second night in there. ”Staff at check-in was quite disinterested and did not provide any information about the property or local area. Security is quite poor, door to the room did not lock and no lockers available for personal belongings (apparently this is being renovated). Reception staff offered to store any valuables, but I discovered afterwards that the "safe storage area" was a completely open room where anybody had access. Nonetheless, property was quite clean.
