The Space:

The "La Meridiana" apartment directly overlooks Piazza dei Signori, the beating heart of the city which during the day comes alive with colorful stalls to leave room for the tables of the numerous cafes and restaurants present in the square during the evening hours.

By opening the shutters, the typical Venetian shutters, you will be able to enjoy the view of the astronomical clock, the oldest of its kind.

The apartment, which can accommodate up to 8 people, consists of a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, in which you can prepare delicious dishes that you can serve in the adjacent room where a large table will allow you to share moments of carefree conviviality.

The apartment is also composed of:

- a sleeping area consisting of a passage double bedroom which leads to the master bedroom with double bed;

- 2 double bedrooms both equipped with smart TVs;

- 2 full bathrooms.

Let yourself be seduced by the view of the Clock Tower, the Palazzo del Capitanio and the Loggia del Gran Consiglio by looking out from the balcony which can be accessed from the kitchen, the living room and the master bedroom.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi connection.

In the dining room, as well as in two bedrooms, you will find a smart TV.

All bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes and storage beds for storing luggage.

The mattresses and pillows are memory foam.



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on the second floor of a 17th century building.



The apartment is located in the historic center and cannot be reached by car. We recommend parking in the Corso Milano or Via Giuseppe Verdi area as paid parking is available and you can easily reach the apartment on foot. Parking is also convenient, always subject to a fee, along Riviera San Benedetto.



During your stay you will not need a car as the apartment is in the center of the city and all the main attractions can be easily reached.



Check-in is automatic and at the time of booking we will give you all the information to be able to access the house independently.



Other Things to Note:

The tourist tax is not collected and is not included in the calculation. The payment of the tourist tax will take place during online check-in in the amount of €2.50 per person per night, from 16 years of age.
