Harlyn Bay is a small community where life centres around the beach. In warm weather it's all about sun-soaked days with sunbathing, sandcastle-building, surfing and swimming. In the cooler months, you can savour wild walks along the sand and coast path with views over stormy skies and the sea. If a special evening of fine dining is a 'must', The Pig in Harlyn is a terrific choice. The pretty harbour town of Padstow, a short drive from Harlyn Bay, offers shopping, boat trips and outstanding restaurants like those run by Paul Ainsworth and Rick Stein.
