Perfect Hiking Vacation

We stayed for a week with our 5 children ages 16-23. We hiked several days near Page at Antelope Canyon, Wirepass and Buckskin Gultch, Beehive trail, and Cathedral Wash and took a day trip to Bryce Canyon. The house is a perfect location with so many amazing places close by. We enjoyed the pool every afternoon and the hot tub in the evenings with so many stars in the sky. The kitchen is stocked well for easy meal prep. The house was clean and the property manager even brought us a new blender within an hour of inquiring about one. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this property..

Beautiful home and kind host

Throughout our week-long stay, we were impressed by the thoughtfulness and care that goes into making guests feel welcome. All the comforts of home, guest amenities, and quite possibly the cleanest rental property we have ever stayed in. The house is well cared for and everything was spotless. The cleaning staff does an amazing job. Mary Sue was very kind prior to our arrival providing helpful info on activities and hikes. The same kindness and welcome throughout our week as well. And what a view of Lake Powell! Thank you for hosting us!

This is our 4th (5th?) time staying and every time we leave we talk about when we can come back. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen is so great at accommodating a large group. The beds are comfy

A much larger, newer VRBO cancelled so we were grateful to get into this so probably missed some details that may not have changed our mind, but were notable: about 10 minutes outside Page and the downtown restaurants. we needed space for several adult couples and were surprised that what appeared to be the Master was converted to have two queens. other minor misses i'll share with the owner but overall a nice, clean, quiet place.

Simply Amazing

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house that exceeded all our expectations. With stunning views, a convenient location, spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and common area, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing hot tub, this house truly has it all. The added bonus of a 3-car garage was a pleasant surprise. The owner was extremely attentive and responsive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, when we visit Lake Powell again, this will be our top choice for accommodation.

Highly recommend

Great location! The house was in a great quiet neighbor 15 minutes from downtown Page. The views were great. The house was stocked with all the main things you would need- towels, paper towels, cleaning supplies, seasoning, ect. The pool was used daily and the highlight for the kids. The safety feature on the pool was peace of mind traveling with small kids. There was a code that covered the pool. The primary bedroom has a large closet we actually had our 2 yo sleep in because of the darkness. Plenty of pack and plays. We saw antelope canyon and a boat day on lake Powell. Great spot, thank you for sharing your home!

Breathtaking view!

The property was so beautiful and the house is a lot bigger than the pictures made it look! Rooms were very spacious and it was perfect for 7 people. The view in the backyard was my favorite part! My only complaint is I wish there was a fence with the neighbors next door so we could’ve had more privacy in the backyard but that’s it.

CLEAN. Well equipped home. Great view of the Lake. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was fully functional. 2 Graco pack-play portable cribs at the house. There was a little bit of host supplied coffee, sugar and plenty of coffee filters. The host supplied dish detergent for sink and pods for dishwasher. Filtered water available at the sink. The fridge will be clean and empty upon arrival.

Unreal house, unbelievable views, excellent host

My family and I stayed here while exploring grand staircase, lake Powell, and the antelope canyons. Such an excellent home with views and amenities that don’t disappoint. Host shared so much awesome And helpful information on great hikes, beaches and restaurants in the area. Located I. Way better area than page proper to get to excellent hikes and locations. Bed are comfy and The infinity pool is kept so warm with an incredible view for after a day of hikes. We’ve stayed at a lot of vaca homes over the years and this home really stands out as an absolute gem. We’ll be back for sure. Thanks for an awesome time.

Beautiful High Desert Home

We had a wonderful stay at the Nizhoni home. The views were gorgeous and the home close enough to Page to get to activities and restaurants and also far enough to take advantage of nearly pitch black night time skies. The house was excellently equipped and the heated pool and hot tub made morning coffee that much more pleasant! If you’re looking for a family getaway in northern Arizona, look no further.

Amazing Place!

This place was perfect for us. Everyone had a great time! Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. A great location with a nice area to park our boat off the street. One of the best we have stayed in. Highly recommended!!!

Great Stay

The property was very clean inside. The view cannot be beat. This was our first time renting a home near Lake Powell rather than a houseboat. It was so close to the boat launch and was really nice to settle in a home after a long day of boating.

Clean quite and beautiful

Perfect place to beat the heat

The home was just as advertised and reviewed. Pool and jacuzzi were just what we needed to keep the kids entertained. Rooms were spacious and linens plentiful. Hosts were accommodating and very helpful and provided lots of insight for activities in the surrounding area. Would recommend.
