New Town Home-Sleeps 12- Multiple available- #11

Stay in a new townhome in Page, Az with sweeping views of the Grand Canyon! Minutes away from Lake Powell, Horse Shoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon. There are four townhomes available to rent, each sleep 12 people comfortably. All furnishings are new and comfortable. The townhomes are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. If you prefer dining out, they are close to restaurants or if you prefer cooking at home, each unit comes with any amenity you could need. Welcome to your home away from home!

TVs- Each one has a TV Remote with Roku integrated.

Each room has a remote for AC/Heat.

Each room has a remote to turn on the fan. The power switch on the wall must be turned on in for the fan to work.

If there is any messes that you need to clean up there is a carrier full of cleaning supplies below the sink.

Please do not set thermostats to cool below 68 degrees, it will freeze the system and cause water to leak.

Before you leave-

Please take out all trash and put into the trash cans inside the dumpster area.

Please load all dishes used in the dish washer and start it before leaving .

Please wash all dishes that cannot be loaded into the dish washer and return to the location taken from.

Please pull all linens used and towels and place in front of washing machine upstairs.
Please lock the back door and upon your departure by pressing the # key on the front door lock.
