”Stay was good. Just rooms are really small including the bathroom, housekeeping just comes in and take the garbage out does not change the sheets, pool area is nice, but the gate doesn't work.”

”Like lipstick on a pig. Cheap updates made to an already outdated property. Paper thin towels and sheets. The 2nd floor was under construction. Had to move from a room on that floor. The room smelled damp and musty, like air hadn’t circulated in it for over a year. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating.”

”I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival. The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”...

”As soon as you walk into the lobby, the smell of mold hits you like a wall. So much so that my 5 year old said “it stinks in here” The bedroom also smelled musty and was very damp feeling. The air conditioner unit was set to 70 but it did not feel that temperature. I turned it down and every time the a/c blew, it smelled moldy more. I woke up extremely stiff and swollen from sleeping in this moldy hotel. Other than that, the room was clean. It was definitely “dated” though.”

”Such a magical place to stay! The inn is stunning, so peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Nicole was so sweet and made us feel right at home. The room had everything we could possibly need, was impeccably clean, and every little detail was thoughtfully considered. The homemade breakfast in the morning was incredible. I already can’t wait to come back!”

”False advertisement the pictures of the rooms are not the same as pictures in Expedia and it's a bunch of homeless people staying there and outside all day and night with junk everywhere so it's not the safest and the rooms are beyond disgusting they do the bare minimum of cleaning.Doors don't close all the way and there's broken cabinets and blinds so people can see of ur room.Not worth spending money on a stay here.”

”The hotel was very nice very helpful. Very easy to get to and in & out of parking very close. We visited Hershey warehouse. It was a lot of fun. Breakfast was adequate. The bedrooms were really nice and clean. Could’ve gave a little more soap, if we needed it I’m quite sure they would’ve gave it to me all in all. It was a good stay no complaints. ”Angie the owner was very hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. And we got off to a great start each morning with a home cooked breakfast. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Hershey/Palmyra area.”

”We were delighted to be able to check in early with such a gracious and kind host. We requested extra pillows and received them quickly. The only negatives were the early interruptions in the morning for cleaning while we were clearly still there and the loud AC unit. Otherwise, everything else was great. The beds were comfortable, employees were kind and helpful, and the location was fantastic for us to attend concerts at the Giant Center and Hershy Park Arena. We would definitely stay...
