”Property is off the highway enough to be peaceful, but 30 minutes or less to anything you need. Loved the Texas decor-longhorn horns, cowhide. Plenty to watch on tv, grounds are nice. Didn't use the fire pit-June just isn't the right season. Washer/dryer were great for our two week stay. Wayne was attentive and often there taking care of the grounds. Took advantage of the dinosaur park and the state park as well as an indoor play park with our grandchildren. Pricing puts this place at a bargain.”
