Rooms in Quiet Well Located Detached House

A detached house in a quiet neighborhood close to local shops and amenities ( There is a Co-op just opposite the house ). A private fully enclosed back garden through patio doors. Pets welcome. A shed to put your bicycle in. It is a 15 min drive to town, and beaches . About 45 min drive to Exeter, 15 mins to Brixham and 20 mins to the Dartmouth ferry.
THIS IS THE HOUSE I LIVE IN.
It is my character home for a good part of the year. There is plenty of free wardrobe space. The TV is digital with a Roku box and There is a good selection of DVDs to play for alternative viewiing choices. It is a busy but comfortable accomodation.
Please note that this is the house i live in all year round so it is a busy house.
I empty all the bedroom wardrobes for you to put your clothes in.
If you are looking for an empty holiday rental then this house is not for you.
You dont need to bring much.
Towels are made available in the bathroom. They are clean but not brand new.
You are welcome to have a look in the bathroom basket to find a more suitable one. That being said due to covid 19 we advise you bring your own.
I work hard on getting the house ready for you but being new to this i may miss out on things.
Please note as a person living on my own my fridge is quite small.
