”A cosy and nice hotel. Service and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was quite what you would expect, although points to the hotel for having also something else than english breakfast. Weakest coffee we had the entire trip though. The room was great, however the matress was 20cm smaller than should be on the bed. It was also smaller than in the pictures and wasn’t that comfortable. ”

”I love this place, it's a gem! The staff are all incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. I was suppose to stay 3 nights but got caught-up in the London Heathrow meltdown and my connection to Glasgow was cancelled. I took a train to Motherwell the next day. I called to explain and they were very accommodating of me missing my first night. Today I stated the West Highland Way trek. The Motherwell train station is a 1 hour train ride from Milgavnie (a starting point for the West Highland Way)....
