”Could not have asked for a better location. We will miss the view: catching sight of turtles while having dinner, seeing the surfers wipe out, and of course, the gorgeous sunsets. My only minor gripe would be to have an actual human being we could talk to when we have questions. iI sounded like the Vacasa management group was responding with AI, and they gave us incorrect information about the property amenities.”

”This property is in such an ideal location for south island activities and food. Many great beaches within just a few minute drive and great food even closer. The unit included may of the necessary beach things you would want like chairs and a cooler. The only thing that wasn’t there was a beach umbrella which we were able to rent locally. AC kept the unit comfortable. Easy parking even with them resurfacing the lot while we were there. We would definitely stay here again. ”

”Wonderful condo - just as described on their website. The balcony arrangement was very nice. - we enjoyed some of our meals there. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was effective in the living room, and opening the louvers to the bedroom helped cool that area also... but we never really felt too warm. Overhead fans worked well also (when needed).. Well-equipped kitchen. Easy access parking. Very clean as we moved in. A little rather goofy note.. somehow there were a lot fewer...

”We had an absolutely wonderful week! It was the perfect place for us to stay with our two 20-something year old sons. "We can't understand how this hotel has a 5 star rating. We travel several weeks a year around the world and I've relied on reviews until now, but... The main pool is full of screaming children, so if you're an adult without children, it's not for you. The adult pool was small and secluded with no amenities. The only restaurant in the hotel is a bar by the main pool, which honestly can't be called a restaurant. The "Deluxe studios" are in separate 3-story buildings with dingy and untidy hallways. The room and its view were perhaps the biggest disappointment. A worn and untidy room and bathroom. Of course there can be cockroaches in the tropics, but this was the only hotel where we shared a room with them. The ocean view was of someone's backyard, which was basically a dump. $700/night would lead you to expect a good hotel, but that's not the point, it's the end result. We would not choose this hotel at any price, with or without children. Fortunately, there were good restaurants nearby (Eating house 1849, The Merrimans, Red salt) and the hotel shuttle service worked really well."
