”The proximity to Baby Beach and shops, restaurants was great. The place was clean and roomy, as listed. Unfortunately, the weather was extremely hot when we were there and, as described in the listing, the house doesn't have AC so it was very uncomfortable when we were in the house. The bedroom I was in cooled down about midnight, which was fine with me, but overall the house was too uncomfortable. We also had problems with the circuit breakers tripping 3 or 4 times, for example, when you plugged...

”We were a family of 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We especially appreciated having highchairs, a pack-n-play and kid-friendly sand toys at our disposal. Having two washers and dryers on property were great, as was the garage full of extra supplies that were accessible as needed. Brandon, the property manager, answered all our questions in a timely manner. Our only complaint was that the reservation process was unorganized. Paying for the house was inefficient and even once we...

”The home is fantastic!! It was absolutely beautiful!! Great location as well. It would be nice if it had air conditioning. I did not realize it didn’t have air conditioning before my arrival. I worry that some people physically/medically would be affected when sleeping in a hotter environment. Other than that, it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Thank you!! We really enjoyed it!!”

”The house at Poipu Beach Estates was outstanding for our 4 families . Me , and each of my 3 children and their children . each had our own sleeping wings of the house and then all of us shared the common area with living room , dining area , and kitchen . It was one of the greatest vacation homes we have ever had . We loved the beach , the closeness to all activities , and kids ( 7 of them from 8-13 ) loved the access to The Poipu Beach Athletic Club pool . The only negative was our first time...
