”The hotel is very clean and the outside area is lovely! The design is dated, but that didn’t bother us. We were in Ibiza for our wedding food and wine tasting and we bought the remaining bottles back to the hotel. We were refused to borrow a glass to drink these on our balcony (the staff were rude) even though we had seen several people drinking cans from supermarket bags by the pool! ”

Das Hotel ist ein Hotel für Familien, viele Angebote für Kinder, den ganzen Tag Bespaßung am Pool, den ganzen Tag Musik. Das Essen ist gut und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und engagiert. Die Bucht, an der das Hotel liegt, ist nicht zugänglich. Es gibt keinen direkten Strand. ”

An example of the service: Hotel guests were reserving sunbeds by the pool with trash/small items around 6-7 in the morning (picture attached) and hadn’t arrived at the pool even by 2 PM. We mentioned this to the pool staff, saying that the spots had been reserved for over 8 hours without anyone showing up, and asked if we could take the spot.
